Data Deletion Instructions

Mullins Tech Solutions respects your right to request deletion of personal information that we maintain about you, including information received through our Facebook Page and Messenger integrations.

How to Request Deletion

Email support@mullinstechsolutions.com with the subject line Facebook Data Deletion Request or Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify the records you want deleted. For Facebook or Messenger requests, include:

• Your Facebook name.
• The approximate date of the message or comment.
• A brief description of the interaction or information you want deleted.
• An email address where we can contact you about the request.

Do not send your Facebook password or other account passwords.

Verification

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and confirm that the request relates to information associated with you. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

What We Delete

After a valid request is verified, we will delete applicable personal information from systems under the control of Mullins Tech Solutions unless continued retention is legally required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

This may include, as applicable:

• Facebook Page or Messenger content stored in our automation or support systems.
• Locally retained AI prompts or generated drafts associated with the interaction.
• Related technical records that can reasonably be linked to the request and are not required for security, legal, accounting, or support-history purposes.

Retention Exceptions

We may retain certain information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, maintain required accounting or tax records, establish or defend legal claims, investigate fraud or security incidents, or fulfill another lawful retention obligation.

If Facebook-derived information became part of a support ticket, that ticket may be retained for up to 1 year as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Platforms

Deleting information from Mullins Tech Solutions systems does not automatically delete information independently retained by Meta, Slack, Cloudflare, or another third-party service under that provider's own policies and systems.

You may need to use the privacy or deletion tools provided directly by those services for information they control independently.

Response Time

We aim to acknowledge and process valid deletion requests without undue delay and generally within 30 days.
